Crisis
Sometimes in life, we hit a crisis point and it can be a scary experience. We feel lost, trapped and we feel like there is no light at the end of the tunnel. But going through these experiences also shows that we are human beings and sometimes we need help. Unsurprisingly, the idea of counselling can be quite daunting, especially when you don’t know what to expect.

Our therapeutic relationship
I am a person-centred integrative counsellor. In our therapeutic alliance, you will experience me as a counsellor who values our therapeutic relationship. It is important for me that you feel at ease, therefore I aim to offer an environment free of judgement, where you can feel safe to explore your issues, be yourself and be accepted. Counselling can be your space to reflect on your thoughts and feelings about anything that is causing you distress.
