About me

My Approach

I believe that, as humans, we want and we aim to feel realised, to feel that out potentials and desires are fulfilled. As we experience life, in our attempt to please and to be accepted, our sense of who we are may become blurred because we introject the values of others, leading us to have a distorted belief of who we truly are or what we are worth. Once we start trusting and valuing our own views more than we value how others view us, we become more in tune with our real selves, and we start trusting ourselves more.

In our sessions, you will be the most important person, being alongside you and assisting you while you open-up about your issues and difficult experiences will be my role.

Hopefully, you will be able to gain an even greater awareness and understanding of yourself and move forward

If English is not your main language, or the language you were brought up with, you may prefer to speak in your own language as it may help you feel more connected to your current context and emotions, or it may allow you to connect to your context in the past. Or you may prefer to speak both, you can decide.

I aim to offer a space that is culturally sensitive where you can speak any of the above languages and be heard with respect.
